Creating new Tech News issues

Hi! Why is it good to create Tech News issues 2–10 months ahead of time (2021/01 to 2021/33)? I know why it’s bad: whenever anything changes in the master copy, it needs to be manually synchronized in all generated versions, which could be avoided if the issues were created just in time, at most a 2-3 weeks before delivery. This year there were several changes that I had to manually apply, and more may come with the ongoing efforts to make delivery of Tech News easier. Making delivery easier is a definite improvement, but updating dozens of pages is not funny… —Tacsipacsi (talk) 16:57, 26 October 2020 (UTC)
