Grants
  • Until June 2014: Identify projects and help those emerge which will need a grant application
  • June 2014: Plan projects in terms of deadlines and timelines and identify the key points to rely on during requests, make a detailed budget of the identified projects and prepare the associated funding plans
  • June 2014: Identify those with whom to apply for a grant, recover application templates and create an application schedule based on expected deposit dates
  • June to October 2014: Establish application files according to the schedule
  • October 2014 to June 2015: Monitor subsidy payments
  • October 2014 to June 2015: Develop a financial and qualitative account of the subsidized(s) action(s) and send within six months following the end of year of that the grant was awarded.


Financial sponsorship
  • May 2014: Choosing select projects for discussed funding with sales pitches, schedules, and available compensation for patrons (appearance through communication media, their names in the project, etc.)
  • May to June 2014: Completion of the project presentation brochures and other related communication tools
  • May to September 2014: Identification of prospects/contact
  • May to September 2014: Mobilization of current major donor companies around local projects (make contact + schedule meeting)
  • September 2014: Choose businesses/project +edit agreements and counterparties
  • October 2014 to June 2015: Develop a financial and qualitative account of the subsidized(s) action(s) and send within six months following the end of year of that the grant was awarded.


Product sharing
  • Ending in September 2014: Preparation of a sales pitch to convince the companies surveyed
  • June to September 2014: Complete a communication document (pamphlet)promoting the shared product
  • May to September 2014: Research and identify potential partners in line with the product list we wish to develop in the online shop (two in one)
  • September 2014 to June 2015: Signing of bilateral agreements and the implementation of partnerships

Crowdfunding
  • Until May 2014: Make contact with different crowdfunding platforms
  • June 2014: Call for members to make a list of projects
  • June to September 2014: Introductions and meetings with concerned members. Training on how crowdfunding works. Help with organizing and setting-up their projects.
  • June 2014: Creation of a support manual on crowdfunding that members can use.
  • Beginning October 2014: Launch of the crowdfunding campaigns
  • Beginning October 2014: Monitor the campaigns and help if necessary


Call for projects
  • Until May 2014: Review and select calls for projects from the Admical guide(a French guide on sponsorship)
  • May to June 2014: Establish a schedule to respond to calls for projects and to make contact with the financial structures (companies or foundations) to better understand their project funding expectations (and funding possibilities)
  • June 2014: (according to the previously established schedule): Preparation of calls for proposals and submission of the financer’s files with each of the following steps: preparation of the project stakeholders, budgeting, planning, evaluation
  • June 2015 to September 2015: Evaluation of funded projects and presentation of the results to the different organizations
