Redesigned navigation

Changes:

Removed the tabs on the left (grid works better on all devices)
Reworded the intro paragraph
Can we use a similar, (maybe simpler) design to the Eval portal?
Add a search box under "What are you looking for" ?
Less subheading, and have more information in those pages?
