Dec 3 - 11, 2015	Obtain feedback for draft from WMF staff and non-WMF volunteers/staff
Dec 14 - 17, 2015	Refinement of team mission, criteria, and work areas. Project concept proposals submitted from the team
Dec 2015 - Jan 15, 2016	Prototype refinements and workflow and project mapping. Complete refinements to final prototypes and concept statements.
Jan 18 - Feb 18, 2016	Community commenting period. Post mission statement, work areas, and prototypes to meta.
Mar 1, 2016	Finalize PC & L Annual Plan. Aligned with WMF Strategy and priorities.
