I would like to make the following proposal for changing the criteria for the Top 10 on Wikipedia portal page (this page), in order to de-emphasize the importance of the numbers of articles in each Wikipedia. The criteria of "top 10 most first-speakers languages" is proposed to replace the criteria of "top 10 most Wikipedia articles languages".
