Organization cannot be as effective learning everything from the start. Need to make the organization more effective by looking for synergies and sharing resources, experience, and swapping capabilities within a goal to do more, better.

What is the solution? edit

  • Copy best solutions of others
  • Avoid their mistakes
  • Specialize in something & grow others to be more mature
  • Ask for resources
  • Make own projects more attractive through international thinking.

General considerations edit

  • Learn the partner organization and their capabilities. Be sure everyone can deliver and share material goods.
  • Understand your comparative competencies, what is easy for you, what is easy for partners.
  • Find things to learn upon: copy a program, write guidelines together.
  • Be sure you are helping and "scratching the itch"
  • Communicate clearly. Don't be afraid to mitigate or quit.
  • Build your co-op: Use it is Public Relations, recruitment, networking to connections.
  • Bridge between local communities and international level.
  • Run health checks. If the goals are metric
