The Board of Directors may appoint an adviser who will advise the board which would not officially represent the organization and cannot vote as a board member.
The number of advisers to the board shall not exceed the number of voting members on the board.
Youth play an important role in the organization of this organization. There will be one Youth Representative who is a Canadian person between the ages of twelve (12) and seventeen (17) who will be represent the youth of the Canadian Wikimedia community. They will be elected by the organization membership as a whole.
