This page outlines the steps from when the Helpdesk receives a content upload request, to when the upload can actually be made. All requests are of course unique, and this is a standard template.

The process starts when a request is sent to the helpdesk, via helpdesk wikimedia.se or as a public request.

The Expert committee gives initial feedback on the request, and proposes a way forward. | Working groups engage in successful requests, so that they fulfill all the checklists. | When all boxes are ticked in the checklist, the Expert Committee gives a final "go" according to the available resources. | The content is finally uploaded! |
