Hey Everyone, I am Adetayo Boluwatife Christiana, some of my friends call me Bhbee. A feature I like about me is that I am 173cm tall!
I am a 25-year-old Nigerian chosen as a Wikimedia intern for Outreachy’27. I am a Software Engineer yet my curiosity navigates the captivating landscape of Artificial Intelligence. Growing up, I received remarks about the potential for a modelling career due to my physique and stature. However, I've always wanted a career in technology after seeing some movies with several fascinating technologies.

My Core Values.

• Balance: Balancing my life is a bit like assembling a lovely puzzle. I dive into my studies and hang out with friends for a good time, all while rocking my love for fashion with a touch of modesty. It's like finding that sweet spot where everything clicks just right. This mix not only keeps me mentally and physically in check but also makes me feel complete and well-rounded overall.
  

• Kindness: Kindness is a core value I hold dear. It sparks a sincere desire to assist others in their journey toward growth and happiness. I take pride in being a supportive and collaborative friend, partner, teammate, sibling, and more. This quality I possess is something I truly admire, firmly rooted in the belief that genuine kindness emanates from a compassionate heart.
  

• Resilience and Growth: For me, the ability to swiftly bounce back from a tough situation is a crucial value. I understand that the world doesn't pause for my challenges, and time won't wait for me to gather myself. That's why I strive not only to get back on my feet but to keep moving forward and actively pursue growth after every setback.
  

What motivated me to apply to Outreachy.

In my pursuit of developing the valuable skill of collaboration, I discovered Open Source, an arena to practise collaboration. Outreachy provides just the platform I needed, internships in open source. I applied for the December 2022 internship but I was not selected. I embraced resilience and self-improvement!
Taking a moment to reflect, I identified areas for enhancement in my application. I took another shot, and today, the 4th of December, marks the beginning of my journey as a Wikimedia intern in Outreachy.
