WikiNav - get aggregate statistics about readers' navigation into and out of a given article (only supported in de, en, es, fa, fr, it, ja, pl, pt, ru, zh)

PetScan -- the Swiss-army chainsaw of querying Wikimedia projects! A (very) powerful query interface over pages, categories, and Wikidata
Quarry -- run arbitrary SQL queries against the replicated Wikimedia databases. Example.

List-Building -- an experimental tool from the Wikimedia Foundation's Research team for quickly and easily making lists of related articles and using those lists with other tools.
