Troubleshooting network connections
We sometimes get to help people with their network connection problems. It would be good to have a wiki page where we can point people so that they can find a way to self-diagnose their problems. Things that might be covered:
- Can they get a traceroute?
- Just bits.w.o not loading or more?
- HTTP Status errors
- Can they get to the site at all?
These are just some ideas. While I realize there are plenty of resources around the net that we could just point people to, I'd like to have a reliable wiki page to use in the future.
