How to format a percentage ($1 is a decimal number and is already preformatted with localized digits and separators). Basically used to correctly place the symbol. For msot languages, this should be exactly like the same as the original message in English (but some languages use another abbreviation or symbol for percentages). If there's a space separator, it should be non-breaking (and preferably narrow).
