In most cases, if you get free Wikipedia access, there's a big chance you get free access to some of the major website out there too, so people taking this survey could think that this questions implies that Wikipedia is the sole free access. I suggest modify the wording to "...access Wikipedia and several other sites for free, but I pay to access other sites" or something to that effect
