  1. Make sure that you start these steps 10 minutes before a meeting starts if you have not used WebEx before!
  2. Go to https://wikimedia.webex.com
  3. Follow the steps to install the required plugins on your computer. It should work for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux desktop distributions.
  4. When done, go to https://wikimedia.webex.com again
  5. Click "Attend a Meeting" -> "Browse Meetings"
  6. You should see "Translation tools workshop" in the calendar. Click the correct link to "Join that meeting.
