I see the template and documentation have been changed to force substitution. Why should this template be substituted? There is normally no additional cost to performance with transclusion, and we do want changes to the template to propagate to instances of it. This is not a warning template, it is a tracking template. If there are no objections, I'll revert that particular change accordingly. —Pathoschild 08:34:26, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
- I only want to comment that, if the template is for tracking purposes, all the IP adresses tagged with this template are categorized here so we can find 'em quickly. In addition, if an IP adress claims that it is not an open proxy, it can use the
