Copy of English Wikipedia's Template:Paid

I set this template up as a copy of en:Template:Paid.

I wanted to import it to Meta-wiki because sometimes paid or sponsored projects span multiple Wikimedia projects. When such a project includes English Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, then I thought it may be useful to have this template to note intent to comply with English Wikipedia's rules even off-English Wikipedia, here and elsewhere.
