Template talk:Affiliate Health Criteria Form
Feedback on usage
editFor what is worth, #1 in the usage, "Open up the page you wish to create", is much more complex than it should be. We'd suggest that the affiliates should create unique report pages for AffCom only, every year, as sub-pages. In our case, for example, we could do it: Deoband Community Wikimedia/Reports/Activity reports/2024/For AffCom - I'd really not want our generic activity report page, an example of which is our 2023 report, to include such an mobile unfriendly template at the top. Our 2024 activities overview will be published on this page, and we wouldn't want to kill its reading sense by putting up that affiliate health form either at the top, bottom, or anywhere else.
Hoping that AffCom uses rephrases this sentence and advises for something, that is better and convenient The current idea is not. signed, Aafi (DCW) (talk) 09:10, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- Hi Aafi, thanks for the feedback. As it currently stands, we are expecting Affiliates to submit a report utilizing this template through instructions that you can find on this page. Happy to hear your further feedback on this. Best, RamzyM (WMF) (talk) 09:44, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the link. I believe the link should be highlighted {{Affiliate Health Criteria Form/doc}} (I have been bold and done it). This resolves my entire concern as it creates the health report at a sub-page of Wikimedia Foundation Affiliates Strategy/Implementation/Affiliate health criteria/Reports. signed, Aafi (DCW) (talk) 10:01, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
