Usage

This template is aimed towards use by employees or individuals otherwise associated with SBU — the SWEDISH AGENCY FOR HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES. It contains mark-up, code and other aesthetic choices that are free to reuse. The template itself contains a logo that is associated with SBU, which while not under copyright is trademarked, and as such using this template implies association with the organization.

When using the template the following parameters should all be filled for it to display properly (outside the <!-- --> quotes):
