Parameters

Parameters	Explanation
`reason`	Input the reason number. See below for details.
`link`	Talk page section link, not the talk page link! Can be used only for reason 1. If you don't use it, the like will be `[[{{TALKPAGENAME}}#toc]]`.
`ecm`	User name of performing Election Committee member, without the "User:" prefix.
`year`	Year of the election.
