Usage

This gives a standardized reason for declining recurring requests for de-listing.

• Use |owner=yes when the requester is affiliated with the domain.
• Use |domain=example.org to link to a specific subsection of the recurring requests page.

Due to past problems with excessive linking to this domain, and extensive prior discussion, this request will not be fulfilled. Requests for removing this domain have been made repeatedly and declined repeatedly. Please do your homework before wasting your time and ours. For a request for removal to be accepted, the reasons which brought the domain here and resulted in it being blacklisted must be addressed.
