Once a request is approved, change "Open" to "Approved" and move to SRAG/Requests/Approved add |~~~~~.
Once a request is processed (recruitment messages have been sent), change to "Approved" to "Processed" and add |~~~~~.
If the request is denied, or is withdrawn:
