Usage
editThis is a template for creating tabbed navigation bars, with a main page and up to 8 tabs. It also supports an indicator for when are subpages of one of the tabs. See, for example, outreach:Education (a main page), outreach:Education/Newsletter (one of the tabs), and outreach:Education/Newsletter/Newsroom (a subpage of a tab). The "subtab" parameter can be used to override this subpage indicator, either making it indicate a specific tab, or turning it off.
