Usage edit

For small edit links to a template {{{1}}}, with label {{{2}}}, and the word "edit" in the user language:

"{{ed|a}}" → "Edit a" [1]

"{{ed|a|b}}" gives "Edit b" [2]

Use lcfirst for lowercase: {{lcfirst:{{ed|a}}}} gives Edit a.

Compare Template:Edi:

"{{edi|a}}" → "+/-" [3]

"{{edi|a|b}}" gives "b" [4]
