How common is it that your contributors meet in real life?
Quite commons. Some have participated in meetups others meet at off wiki places - e.g. Roskilde Festival 2008 had at least 3. --EPO17:41, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do you have special contacts with another Wikipedias (maybe in related languages)?
Actually not really related languages, mostly English Wikipedia - but only for topics concerning Danish Wikipedia. --EPO17:41, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do you translate a lot from other Wikipedias? Which ones?
Is there a language institution for your language, like an Academy, or a club of people interested in your language? Do you have contact with them?
There is a national council who monitors the language and make dictionaries and such. We have no official contact with these. But at different times we have been in contact with each other for various reasons.
How looks your public outreach for your edition? Do you have flyers, give lectures, trainings etc.?
The Danish language version seems to me rather unknown in a broader perspective. When reaching a round number of articles (e.g. 50.000) we have tried to get attention from media. From time to time Danish Wikipedia is either quoted or talked about in the media. --EPO17:41, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Two or three other comprehensive encycopedias. Of course if we go back in time more has been published, but at the moment this seems to be status. --EPO17:41, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
How do you deal with different spellings, dialects etc. (like B.E. lift and A.E. elevator)?
Relatively few problems, but usually the most common form is used. But for certain words it can not be determined what seems most commons. Other times the alternatives are accepted as equals. --EPO17:41, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
