The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from ३१ ऑक्टोबर. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from १ नोव्हेंबर. It will be on all wikis from २ नोव्हेंबर (calendar).
