Why this?

There is no information here, so I don't really quite know what the request is. I'm going to procedurally close with a link to RFL/Wikipedia Punjabi, which is a request for a Latin-script Punjabi project. SJ81 (talk) 02:02, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
