Waht does it mean be treasurer? Is this position equally responsbile for developing the social and financial capital of a movement? How can an organizational activity such as wikipedia develop sufficient capital and interest to comprehend the structural aspects of a greater consciousness for a "secure" social experience. For when people who have experienced disabilities are often sat aside, ignored or institutionalized, we often are observed as non-worthy.
