typo?

In "Financial" section, "Expenses for the month is $ 2.3MM vs plan of $ 2.2MM, approximately $ 112K or 5% lower than plan." Maybe not "lower" but "over". See also Talk:Wikimedia Foundation Report, April 2012. Sincerly, Akaniji (talk) 00:47, 13 May 2012 (UTC)

Indeed, thanks for pointing that out - I checked with Garfield and it should indeed say "higher than plan". I am going to correct it in various places; help would be appreciated in updating the translations. Regards, Tbayer (WMF) (talk) 01:31, 15 May 2012 (UTC)

Translation notes

Regarding the translation of this section, I have been reminded that not everyone is familiar with the term "Wikipedian in Residence". As for the translation itself, I actually think it is fine to leave the term untranslated (I have seen it used in German, for example), but it should not be assumed the readers knows what it means, and I will link to (e.g.) outreach:Wikipedian in Residence next time. In brief, it is a community member working in-house at a cultural institution (e.g. gallery, library, archive or museum - "GLAM") to support the collaboration between that institution and the Wikimedia community.
