Why the random reordering?

I don't understand why the template is wrapped in {{#invoke:random|unbulleted_list|...}}, won't this just make the sections appear in a random order? This wrapper also breaks visual editing. Adamw (talk) 20:56, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
