Interesting project, I would say dramatic growth rather than alarming growth. I'm concerned about the branding and corporate links paragraph, I think that we need to avoid any commercial links as they might conflict with NPOV. As for the deliverables I'm assuming this would create some material for various wikiprojects in various languages, but a little more info on the languages and projects would be helpful.
