In order to be able to count the task of writing this blog post as work funded by WikiSkills I probably need to be able to publish a specific EU flag with' the text "Lifelong Learning Programme. ("Beneficiaries of EU funding shall use the European emblem (EU flag) in their communication to acknowledge the support received under EU programmes." However, I doubt that it this EU flag is freely licensed. Can it be published in the blog post anyway?
