Hi! Per request on the gender gap mailing list, I did some minor edits for readability of English. I left most of the flow and the words exactly the same, but made a few changes to improve the readability of English. Thank you. Much better now. The only remark I have is the change from "formally" to "initially", which changes the meaning slightly. Oh, my mistake! I misread your work choice of "formally" as "FORMER-ly," aka initially. I returned the word to formally. Nothing wrong with that. :) Geb0541 (talk) 22:07, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
