Suggestions for draft edit
Just a few suggestions: I like the 3rd proposed title best. You might revise the summary to say that the collab meeting led to the forming of the user group, not that you met in order to do that. You might also give some background into why the discussion started about forming the user group, and mention that there was a previous discussion in Berlin.
