Work in Progress

I've edited the introduction text to make it clear that a handful of people worked on the Manifesto at the Convention and that the effort was led by Esther Bravo. (In other words, not everyone in the convention worked on the Manifesto, and there was not a large group discussion/approval of the work in progress).
