Uploading to Commons

I'm not sure if I can upload my slides to Wikimedia Commons, because I'm not sure of the copyright statuses of all the screenshots I used--mostly from websites, but there was one Instagram screenshot. I plan to post links to my presentations on my user page, but if it's really important that the slides be on Commons, let me know and I will do more research on the copyrights of the screenshots I've used (and remove the ones that are obviously under copyright).
