Not an educational nor informational project proposal

I don't find any educational, informational or about certain type of knowledge project proposal here. The description is quite vague and doesn't say anything clearly. Is it for receive gifts? For what or why? Wouldn't be better to use a social network site instead? Why Wikimedia should bother about giving gifts for no reason or for "the generosity and gratitud"? I'm  against this proposal.

No encuentro aquí una propuesta de proyecto educativo, informativo o sobre algún tipo específico de conocimiento. La descripción es muy vaga y no dice nada claramente. ¿Es una wiki para recibir regalos? ¿Para qué y por qué? ¿No sería mejor hacerlo en un sitio o red social? ¿Por qué Wikimedia debería involucrarse en esto de dar regalos sin razón o por "la generosidad y gratitud"? "Not an educational nor informational project proposal ", this would be not right but the opposite. Different to all usual shares is, that the content is a given, not a traded and so for only noncommercial, non-gain-purpose use. Especially in regard of high moral education and also information, the cut off from use for gain but also of sources objected for such, would strongly support the quality and change ways and objectives. Just mentioned to avoid misunderstanding.
