WikiSource?
editI agree that having people distribute essays etc. freely is a good idea. But instead of creating a separate WikiProject I personally think WikiSource should instead have a well-publicised section for uploading academic works. Imagine it as something like the current implementation of Recipes on WIkiBooks. --Macadamia1472 (talk) 09:17, 2 February 2013 (UTC)
- Support That is contrary to Wikisource's currently policies. As much as we might like to impose a more open policy on them, it's their decision to make.
- Our decision is to create a new project, which we should. --HectorMoffet (talk) 07:23, 17 June 2013 (UTC)
subsect of WikiBooks and Wikiversity
editEssays on any subject can be easily added to either WikiBooks (with multiple essays compiled into books) or Wikiversity (with multiple essays compiled into course material); there does not seem to be a need for a separate Wikimedia project for this.
