Page locked? edit

The page appears to have been protected which prevents attempting to include examples incorporate what has been concluded thus far: e.g blue variation using a free font that contains "Wikibooks" and some slogan. Like:

which means no further contributing and discussion can happen on that page. --darklama 18:03, 12 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I've archived the page; the current one is open for editing & I have placed the above logo there.  — Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 22:45, 12 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Sorry but the page is still protected from editing. Only admins can edit it currently. This is really going to hold up any progress until its fixed. Moving pages doesn't remove the protection from the original page. --darklama 01:37, 13 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that is a new "feature"  — Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 19:01, 13 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

discussion edit

I started the discussion. Hope this is ok :-) --Ramac 19:49, 14 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think that after 10 days we have reached a consesus on Font Style (C) and Slogan (B). Shall we close the discussion and get definitely a logo? --Ramac 11:59, 24 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Pare dups, superceded & implemented notes ? edit

- I believe there is some confusion in the content page votes, about references to the 1st & 2nd set of icons and 1st & 2nd set of suggestions. It is not obvious, so they are not chronological. Perhaps if you delete (or separate) the notes you have implemented or dismissed or superceded, the page would be clearer. (Wikidity 21:51, 30 December 2008 (UTC))Reply
