Issues about this proposed sister project

Unlike the user above, I think this proposal is junk. Firstly when I have read the name I thought it was like a Wikiversity, but when I read it closer I find it useless. Given the proposals made by this user, I have thought it could be a case of trolling, but I will assume good faith instead.

I  Oppose because the following reason:

1. This seems not to be an educational, informational or about certain type of knowledge project. In fact it seems not to deal with any kind of knowledge at all.
