Timing
edit- Day one people will arrive from all over India - you may want a later start on that day to allow them to arrive the morning itself - around 11am.
- For Saturday and Sunday you could start at 9am.

Suggested Activities
editThey can happen after the sessions, but ideally sometime in day when most people would be available.
- Making videos like "You too can edit" in as many languages. WikimediaFoundation videos were made at Wikimania 2010.
- Talk page signing (?) like Keysigning , so that more Wikipedians will be connected by face, on talk pages. -- More of a networking activity.
