Template paths and translation tests

Hi, @Samwilson! Thanks for contributing Web2Cit configurations for archives.org.au. As more thoroughly explained in my comment here, template paths should be specific (i.e., not generic path patterns), and it is recommended that corresponding translation tests be defined for those paths. I've fixed the templates file to indicate a specific path, and I've created a basic translation test based on Web2Cit's output for that path.
