Template paths and translation tests

Hi, @Kerry Raymond! Thanks for contributing configuration files for domain cairns.artsandculturemap.com.au. As mentioned in my comment here, please remember that template paths must be specific, and that a translation test should be configured for each path for which a template has been created.
