Please see quoted text below; it appears to me there's an error: should the bolded "not" be removed?

"Generally, an ownership interest in a publicly held company will not be considered "significant" if the (i) entities in which the Trustee and all individuals or entities having significant relationships with the Trustee own, in the aggregate, more than 10 percent; or (ii) the Trustee is an officer, director, trustee, partner, or employee of the other party.

In general, statements are less confusing if phrased in the positive, rather than the negative. --Sfmammamia 17:33, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

This page is currently under discussion at Wikimedia Foundation Board noticeboard#Obligations and Responsibilities. The Board governance committee should probably have it under review, but they do not seem to have met since August 2014 there is no record of their meeting since November 2014.
