Follow-up from live question re. engagement survey edit
Hello User:LilaTretikov (WMF) and User:BDineva (WMF). Today at the metrics meeting, User:Fhocutt asked a question that I'll paraphrase here. Why are we not speaking clearly about the most concerning results of the engagement survey? (e.g. 10% trust in leadership) It seems that the presentation of the engagement survey put all issues on equal footing. Yet, it seems that some of the results were more concerning than others. E.g. the recent signpost article that calls attention to the extremely low confidence in "senior leadership". Can you help me understand why the presentation did not address this concerning result directly? --EpochFail (talk) 20:16, 14 January 2016 (UTC)
