How do you notify people something is done or needs peer reviewing? edit
I just translated this: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Licensing_update/Vote-header/es, but I'm not sure if I got all the wikicode right, whom should I notify? (either for revision or to let people know it's done, or should I just modify the status myself?)
