I think leadership among the various communities is totally forgoten here when I read : "User groups, chapters, and WMF will be most influenced". I believe that the contributor form the basis and backbone of our movement, and there are leaders among them too. We can't talk about leadership if they are not included in the target group. I see too many "leaders" very apt at positionning themselves on the political agenda of the movement, but who have no clue what contributing is. How can one be in position of leadership without knowing what the core of our activity (producing knowledge for free and for everyone) is? Nattes à chat (talk) 16:13, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
