"Identical group of recipients does not benefit year after year" edit

"recipients of funds should be diverse and care taken that the identical group of recipients does not benefit year after year" (emphasis mine) - I understand that care should be taken in order to avoid parasitation of the resources, but the way it is written, it precludes any successful project led by the same group of people (e.g., Art & Feminism, gender gap fighting, diversity outreach project) from beneficting from benefiting from funding "year after year", eventually leading to the premature death of otherwise very successful projects. This was already pointed, but apparently passed on to the second row of recommendations. I suggest this recommendation to be reviewed.--- Darwin Ahoy! 00:58, 19 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
