Unclear deadline wording edit

It is unclear whether the deadline in the third bullet point of clause number 6 ("By March 23, 2008") applies to all projects or not. The current layout, where it is a bullet point leading off the opening sentence of clause 6 ("For the projects which currently do not have an EDP in place, the following action shall be taken") implies that this deadline only applies to projects without an EDP. Equally, clause 5 ("For the projects which currently have an EDP in place, the following action shall be taken") seems to say that non-free images uploaded after March 23, 2007, and lacking an exemption rationale, shall be delete, but fails to say what should happen to images uploaded before March 23, 2007. Can this be clarified, please, but not 'silently' clarified, but rather could the unclear wording be acknowledged and the date of the correction (if any) noted in the actual document (not just the page history). ie. If a correction is made, make it clear that the previous document was misleading and that this may have actually misled people. Carcharoth 11:10, 02 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
