Talk:Proposals for closing projects/Closure of Turkmen Wikibooks

I am a user from Turkmen wikipedia. I will not deny that we are so slow at the current moment, I admit that we are moving too steadily but I would want Turkmen Wikibooks to not be deleted. yes, there was no action at all, but if it existed something could have been done by somebody else in the future. but now?! even if somebody wants to do something he/she will not be able to create a book on TK wikibooks. how can it be created?!
