does Dlink Models cause P2P to wikipedia that blocked me from editing?
editMy ip address changes sudden rarely. my modem is DLINK and ISP provider is Converge ICT. which my network is used from my My country which it's not sure about the p2p blocks

Edit: I tried to flushdns and other commands due to internet problems
